All our products have 7days warranty, which start on the day that SoGood had successfully delivered the product to the purchasing customer.

Return/Exchanges Policy

SoGood only accept any return/exchange only when the returning product meet all of the following returnable conditions:


1. New condition and unused
2. Return with the original packaging


SoGood reserves the right to reject any returns or exchange if items does not meet all of the above conditions.

 

Returns and exchanges are only valid in face-to-face interactions (Please bring the goods you would like to return or exchange).


After the examination, the exchanges will be processed on the spot and the returns will be processed in 3 – 7 workings days. Please be reminded that returns and exchanges with items that do not meet the Return and Exchanges conditions will be rejected.
